I don't want to hijack this thread, but the Daytona car phone Sonny has in "Nobody lives forever" looks like a Harris Alpha 2000 (or whatever slightly newer model there might be) handset. Hard to source photos. It's the closest I've seen though. Harris even made police radio/car phones which is why I think I'm narrowing in.
